Portrait Photography Mentoring

Katie is a portrait and wedding photographer based in beautiful Loch Lomond in Scotland.

Katie approached me to help her gain qualified photographer status with the Guild of Photographers, which lead to a few mentoring sessions to put together a stunning panel of her portrait images

Katies distinct portraiture style was wonderful to work with and in June her panel was passed by the panel of Guild judges.

Katie is now working towards her craftsman qualification and I'm looking forward to helping her towards her next creative goal.

Saraya, was honest and open with her feedback and gave me great encouragement where needed and helped me see where any faults or flaws lay in my work which allowed me to push myself forward to progress to the best of my abilities.

I was very comfortable with the connection I had with Saraya, there was no rush or awkwardness, she was full of encouragement and very supportive and made sure I felt relaxed and not nervous when discussing and reviewing my images.
