Lifestyle Photography Mentoring

Amanda has been a member of the Guild and has photographed families and children for around 5 years. She shoots exclusively on location using natural light and adores the different colours of the seasons.

Amanda approached me with the goal of becoming a qualified photographer with the Guild, which lead to a few mentoring sessions putting together her panel of beautiful natural lifestyle portraits.

Amanda had the perfect idea of putting together the panel in the changes of the seasons which worked wonderfully! The panel loved her connection with the client and the beautifully seen light. The panel was passed unanimously!

Amanda is now working towards her craftsman qualification and I'm looking forward to helping her towards her next creative goal.

Saraya gave honest and friendly direction, a great listener too. She helped me better understand how I could succeed with the qualified panel. Extremely thorough and generous with her time.

Saraya also understood (very quickly) where my weaknesses lie and gave an indication of how we could address them in the future. I feel she built trust with me very quickly - I loved everything about the experience!
