Lifestyle Photography Mentoring

Alannah is a well established portrait photographer based in Hertfordshire, she specialised in natural and engaging images of families and children.

Initially as with most of my mentees I asked Alannah to send me a selection of her images so that we could clearly see the direction her panel of work would develop.

During our portrait mentoring sessions it became clear to me that Alannah had a real talent in seeing amazing light and a brilliant ability to connect with her clients.

When putting the panel together we were keen to show these qualities to the panel of judges.

Alannah passed with flying colours and has decided to work toward the next step in her photographic journey.

Saraya is so personable and friendly. She gave me so much more confidence in myself and my images, as she helped me to see the positives and also the ways in which I could quickly improve on my weaker areas. I came away from the whole experience feeling very optimistic and keen to continue with my learning - I will certainly be asking Saraya for more mentoring in the future.
