About Me!

I have been a photographer specialising in lifestyle portraiture for over 22 years. I now solely shoot my portraits on location in some of the most beautiful spots in the UK.

Over my many years as a photographer, I have always pushed myself creatively, I have done this by entering competitions and gaining some of the highest qualifications in the industry.

I have trained and motivated many photographers over the years, whether that be through public speaking at various high profile events or through one to one training and mentoring.

Over the last 5 years I have been an expedition photographer for various NGO's worlwide. I have lived in Tanzania, Nepal and Nicaragua working for Raleigh International, ICS and The Gurkha Welfare Trust.

In 2013 I was commissioned by Crowood Press to write a book about The Art and Techniques of Portrait Photography. I have also written for various other publications and blogs for Fujijlove Magazine.

Since 2016 I have been an official Fujifilm X Ambassador. All of my professional photographic equipment is Fujifilm and I am proud to represent the brand at high profile photographic events, such as Photokina in Germany and The Photography Show at the NEC Birmingham.
